  • Prime or Non Conforming options available
  • Product options available with fixed or variable rates, 100% offset account facilities, full features, term loans or Line of Credit facilities
  • Products with and without monthly or annual account keeping fees 
  • Low Doc products available for prime and non conforming lending
  • Options with and without Lenders Mortgage Insurance ('LMI'). If LMI is applicable it can be capitalised to the loan amount to varying maximum Loan to Value Ratios (LVR) depending on the lender. A LVR is the Loan to Value Ratio (this is the loan amount as a percentage of the property value). Depending on your occupation and income level you may also be able to have LMI waived. Contact us to enquire about these options.

First Home Buyers
Making the decision to buy your first home is an exciting and nerve wracking time. Fully documented home loans are available with genuine and non genuine saving deposits to a maximum of 99% of the property value for established dwelling and 98% inc LMI for construction. 

​Take Advantage of the Government offers - Government Guarantee Scheme allows Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents the ability to obtain finance at 95% of the purchase price and pay no LMI.
  • Purchase an established dwelling (from 1st October 2025 the max price cap is $1,000,000 for Qld, and varying price caps other states
  • Purchase a new property (not previously occupied) or construct your first home with the First Home Owners Grant (each state varies however in QLD the Grant is currently $30,000 for properties up to $750,000, funded by the government for eligible borrowers)
  • Eligible as a First Home owner under the First Home Guarantee scheme if you have not owned property for 10 years
  • From 1st October 2025 - no income caps and unlimited places
Investment Loans
Investment loans up to 95%, inclusive of LMI, for fully documented loans and lower LVRs available for low doc loans. 
Interest rates will vary, especially compared owner occupied home loans, however we will find you a suitable solution with a competitive interest rate and product to suit your needs and loan type.
  • Available for the purchase of established dwellings or for construction 
Owner Occupied Loans
Available for lending up to 99% for fully documented loans, lower LVRs available for low doc loans.
  • Purchase an established dwelling (maximum loans to 99% of the property value) or construct your own home (to 98% of property value)

Refinancing & Debt Consolidation
Refinance your home loan and consolidate any number of debts to reduce your interest rate & overall monthly commitments
  • Refinance and consolidate debts up to  95% LVR inc LMI
  • Cash out (includes cash out for business purposes and working capital - specific lenders)
  • Investment or Owner Occupied - prime and non conforming lending options available
